Gloria Jean’s at Arthur’s Quay ….perfection. Imagine my horror when the Thomas Street location fell, another soldier lost. But I won’t let history repeat itself. I’ll be here every day, sipping the creamiest hot chocolate, ensuring they never take you from me. Arthur’s Quay Gloria Jean’s, your hot chocolate is unmatched, you are irreplaceable.

Whenever I'm at the outlets I make sure to stop by Gloria Jean's. Coffee is smooth and delicious. Employees are always friendly and kind. What I observed yesterday made me like them even more and made me smile...... I saw the owner being helpful and kind to his employees, over the top exceptional!! He told a young cashier not to worry about it when he grabbed incorrect sweet treat for a customer and helped him out, he was getting ready to leave but checked in with each employee separately seeing if they needed anything before he left and if they did to call him. You could tell by their interactions the employees feel comfortable around him. I made sure to pull the owner aside to let him know what a great leader he is.

Very helpful staff for this weary travel. I am not recommending to over-use the helpfulness of the staff. Bring your patronage to them and it will flourish
